POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of Managed Services projects that impact multiple departments, systems and work-flows within the company.
  • Responsible for providing support to his/her assigned team
  • Answer customers’ questions and ensure their problems are resolved; conduct follow-up tasks
  • Maintain a customer metrics report on a weekly basis
  • Maintain project calendars
  • Interact with billing department in regards to client credit and billing requests/issues.
  • Responsible for tracking customer information in the CRM
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, which includes administrative tasks
  • Facilitating communication between different departments within the company
  • Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management teams

Requirements
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Strong customer orientation - promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty
  • Outstanding computer skills, highly proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and various web applications
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges arise
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to respond in a prompt efficient manner.
  • 1-2 years experience of project management in a technical or internet environment a major plus
