Crown Agents USA, Inc. (CA-USA) is seeking an Accountant for the Finance department in our Washington, DC office.

Accounts Receivable Function
Process monthly client invoices and related documentation to submit to client.
Research invoice discrepancies and respond to client inquiries on billings.
Resolve client invoice disputes and liaison with Program Staff.
Ensure proper set-up in GCS to process invoices using Deltek GCS Premier.
Follow-up with client to collect payment on past due invoices.
Record all company cash receipts and post to Deltek GCS Premier.
General Ledger Account Analysis
Reconcile accrued Revenue and Accounts Receivable accounts, ensuring discrepancies are resolved.
Assist with the month end close process.
Assist with research and reconciliations on an as needed basis.
Any other duties as appropriate to the position, as requested
Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience gained through related work history.
Minimum one year or more experience processing accounts receivable.
Prior work history reconciling accounts within a US Government contracting environment preferred.
Proven ability to resolve accounting related issues.
Familiarity and hands on experience working with the accounts receivable module in Deltek GCS or CostPoint software strongly preferred.
