Process month-end balancing and journal entries. Complete the month-end process.

General ledger analysis of accounts. Prepare monthly Standard Reporting Package.

Extend credit to customer and handle wire transfers. Prepare inventory reports for Inventory Management.

Audit payroll and personnel records to determine unemployment insurance premiums, workers' compensation coverage, liabilities, and compliance with tax laws.

File, record, compile and transmit financial records per PCC Policy and schedule.

Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.

Provides accounting and analytical support to management and Operations.

Responsible for preparing timely and accurate monthly financial results including balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other financial reports as needed.

Participates in the month end accounting close process. These responsibilities include journal vouchers, financial analysis, account reconciliations and SOX compliance reporting.

Analysis of actual results to budgets and forecasts.

Assist management in reviewing their financial.

Prepare the Division's annual budget process, quarterly forecasts and monthly updates.

Demonstrates the ability to create, modify and analyze accounting/cost information that is both accurate and timely.

Insure the integrity of company financial data.

Projects assigned as necessary.

Must possess a thorough knowledge of GAAP, procedures, and processes.

Must be able to work well in a team environment, extract and analyze data and convert it to a user-friendly format for division, accounting and plant management.

Exhibits high degree of initiative and is adaptable to change. Demonstrates assertiveness in pursuing open issues to closure. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Required Skills

Required Experience

CPA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

5 years of work experience

Working knowledge of POC accounting and WIP in a manufacturing environment.
