Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will assist in creating timely and accurate financial statements, tax returns and other financial documentation for our rapidly growing company.

Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis

Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis

Prepare bank reconciliations

Prepare billing documentation

Process cash receipts

Produce reports for executives

Support Project Managers on project specific items

Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner

Other duties as requested or required

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university (required)

Computer skills and competency with Excel a must

Good interpersonal skills; poise, tact and diplomacy

Ability to write, speak and present clearly and succinctly

Ability to multi-task, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:
Work independently and as a member of the team

Detail oriented and organized

Ability to work in a fast paved environment and the ability to tolerate ambiguity

Strong desire to tackle new challenges and projects with enthusiasm
