Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, you will help manage the company’s operational accounting activities and develop the infrastructure, processes, analyses as needed for our rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis

Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis

Prepare bank reconciliations

Process cash receipts and manage a lockbox

Produce reports for executives

Support Project Managers on project specific items

Communicate with co-workers, customers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner

Other duties as requested or required

Assist with Accounts Receivable Collection process

Assist with invoicing

Assist with contract processing

Support Sales team

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university (required)

Computer skills and competency with Excel a must

Good interpersonal skills; poise, tact and diplomacy

Ability to write, speak and present clearly and succinctly

Ability to multi-task, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:
Work independently and as a member of the team

Detail oriented and organized

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to tolerate ambiguity

Strong desire to tackle new challenges and projects with enthusiasm

Experience with a "Big 4" public accounting firm
