We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time Accounting Assistant/Admin, at our Corporate Office in Plymouth, MN.
The primary responsibilities of the position include supporting the Accounting Department. This position assists with accounting and accounts payable including journal entries, review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, bank statement reconciliation, accounting and specials projects as well as other administrative duties.
Qualifications include understanding of accounting processes, excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Computer skills including MS Office as well as the ability to quickly learn software programs. Advanced knowledge of affordable housing policies and practices is preferred but not required.
