Essential Duties/Responsibilities: The qualified candidate will be responsible for accurately performing daily sales and accounts payable data entry. The qualified candidate will partner with Accountants in problem solving with daily sales issues that may arise.
Requirements: Two years of previous accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required . Prior experience with Oracle or Accounting databases is preferred.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals; listens carefully and has the ability to perform as a team member. Strong clerical skills, data entry skills and computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
