The individual in the position reports to the Grants Administrator. This individual is responsible for entering reimbursements, managing grant request and award letters; managing WBS funding for grants. This position will also support the Business Analyst as needed as well as providing administrative support to the Director.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies:
Knowledge of a variety of financial systems and software packages to create and maintain data; ie SAP, Excel, GAAS. Ability to examine accounting records to assure adherence to accounting standards and regulations; ability to maintain and manage accounting records of moderate variety and complexity. Ability to identify and correct routine and recurring financial problems. Ability to examine accounting records to assure adherence to accounting standards and regulations. Effective written and oral communication skils; ability to work independently; with little supervision.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through at least three years of office assistant/secretarial experience; or completion of a two-year secretarial science or business administration program with one year of responsible experience as described above; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
