Essential duties and responsibilities will include:|
Timely and accurate processing of all vendor payments, which includes verifying price and quantity, and verifying receipts of services and materials
Problem identification, analysis, and resolution related to vendors and accounts payable systems
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding account and payment status. Completion of month-end activities
Performance of other related duties as assigned and requested
Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 20 plus line items
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
Respond to vendor inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies

Additional experience to include the following:
2+years of Accounts Payable experience
JD Edwards a plus, ERP system experience
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
Possess excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
