Prep and audit incoming paperwork for Billing & Accounts Payable
Ensure accuracy of Billing & Accounts Payable
General office tasks as assigned
Provide support to other accounting personnel as needed
Basic telephone duties
May require occasional/heavy lifting
Contributes to the growth of the business by referring quality candidates into the hiring process.
At least one year experience in bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
Strong work ethic, energetic
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (face to face and phone)
Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
Computer proficiency and typing skills (25 wpm minimum)
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment
Ability to stay focused in an extremely active/open office environment
