Job Descriptions:
BASIC FUNCTION:
Direct the daily operation of the Accounting Department; responsible for maintaining control systems for accounts payable, payroll review, regulatory obligations, and preparing financial statements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and supervise the Accounting Department personnel to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff.
Monitor procedures for account payables activities and related bookkeeping functions.
Prepare franchise fee monthly calculation reports and other reports as required.
Review commissions, payroll processing, and accounts payables.
Prepare reports and perform financial analysis as directed by management.
Perform Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation.
Perform other duties and tasks as designated by Management.
Prepare sales tax returns and 1099.
Assist with various audits.

Required Experience:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree emphasis in Accounting.
Year of experience: minimum of 5 years (full cycle Accounting)
Proficiency in software applications especially in Excel.
Must possess excellent leadership abilities; be able to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure; possess good judgment, organized, detail oriented, dependable, possess excellent organizational skills and able to deal effectively with people; good analytical skills and able to meet deadlines is essential.
