Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and coordinate with the client and financial management outsourcing staff for timely and accurate monthly accounting services
Provide technical expertise for US GAAP requirements
Resolve accounting systems issues and execute required correcting journal entries
Participate in the development and maintenance of accounting systems to facilitate efficient operation and financial management of clients across various industries
Perform detailed reviews of periodic management-use only and compiled financial statements and supporting schedules
Liaison on behalf of the client with external auditors and internal decision makers
Foster proactive working relationships with clients and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of information required for financial reporting
Serve as Performance Coach for members of the financial management outsourcing staff

Qualifications:
BS degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA preferred
7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting with a mixture of public accounting and industry accounting experience preferred
Full cycle accounting with financial reporting, A/P and A/R, and reconciliation experience
Experience with multiple accounting software systems and convertions
Experience with general accounting, financial reporting, including US GAAP requirements
Proven managerial/supervisory experience
Achievement oriented individual with the ability to meet project deliverables with minimal supervision
Ability to work well within a matrix team structure and effect change across teams
Ability to manage and direct team members on multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent organizational, management, analytical, decision-making and research skills
