Responsibilities include processing and preparing payments and check requests, matching vendor invoices to purchase order information and resolving discrepancies, approving and initiating vendor payments, and responding to inquiries from internal customers and outside vendors.

Qualified candidates have earned an Associates Degree in accountinig and have a minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or 3-5 years related experience. Good verbal, time management, math, Excel and computer skills are necessary. Candidates must also present the ability to work independently and be detail oriented, accurate, organized and demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to customer service.
