First Potomac Realty Trust seeks an
experienced Accounts Payable Administrator for the Accounts Payable
Department. Responsibilities include entering invoices and assigning workflows
in Yardi PayScan software, troubleshooting unmanaged invoices, posting
invoices, committing payments, providing backup to the A/P Administrators,
interacting with regional and accounting staff, vendor research, adhering to
audit controls and other duties as assigned . Qualifications
are a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years demonstrated knowledge and related
experience in Accounts Payable required, excellent verbal and written
communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, ability to work independently,
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, accurate
and detail-oriented. Yardi PayScan experience preferred.
