JOB SUMMARY Provide data entry of invoices into automated system to maintain timely payment of vendors for a multiple entity organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes data entry of invoices and check requests for multiple entities. File and/or retrieve invoices and respond to inquiries. Print and disburse checks weekly. Balance daily to general ledger and data entry reports. Foster and maintain good relationship with Materials Management staff to ensure timely payment of vendors. May be required to work overtime during peak periods. Performs other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; exposure to Spreadsheet software and some experience with Word Processing software.
