Most essential for success in this role is to maintain a great team attitude, demonstrate passion for your work, and the willingness to learn.

Process Raw Material invoices within the terms assigned for payment.
Requires someone to be motivated and detail oriented when processing data into the system and in order to catch any discrepancies in the invoices versus the po’s.
Communicate with the Sourcing and Replenishment team as well as the suppliers when issues arise.
Filling on a regular basis
Open and distribute mail
Date, stamp and sort invoices
Verify and match invoices
Process Invoices
Sort/Pull invoices for payment
Problem Solve and Research

High School Diploma/GED required.
Associates Degree in Business or Accounting is preferred:or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting required.
Microsoft Word, Excel, 10 Key by touch, and accounting software
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to interface effectively with all level of management and employees.
Self starter
Must be organized and self-motivated person to research and follow-up because we process time sensitive material which needs to meet payment deadlines.
Ability to work individually however know when to ask for assistance when needed.
Good verbal and written communication skills, Quick learner, delegate, and detailed orientated.
Work well with other people on all level
