  • Perform all Accounts Payable functions including collecting invoices, assembling supporting documentation, coding, entering invoices in the financial system, printing and mailing checks
  • Administer corporate credit card program
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Process employee expense reimbursement requests
  • Taxable Fringe reporting
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Accounts Payable
  • Coordinate Quarterly Fleet Usage reporting
  • Maintain Accounts Payable records and other files for the finance department
  • May prepare and mail 1099 forms

  • Minimum three (3) or more years of experience in accounts payable roles required
  • Demonstrated working knowledge with an integrated accounts payable systems required; PeopleSoft experience preferred
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
