Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will provide a wide variety of accounts receivable, administrative and staff support services.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers and third party collection agency
  • Document collection agency activity and provide reports for supervisor review
  • Communicate and follow-up effectively with customer service, sales, accounts receivable and management teams
  • Work with Accounts Receivable team to develop effective, documented best practices
  • Research accounts and disputes
  • Analyze accounts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Minimum of 2 years clerical experience
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Professional customer service skills (both written and verbal)
  • Self-starter that has the ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience working with a third party collection agency preferred
