Perform varies Account Receivable Administrative functions, such as:
•Open mail / check payments and review for cash processing
•Take phone call payments: credit card or echeck payments
•Take phone calls regarding: billing, payments or other related A/R questions
•Scan daily A/R summaries to appropriate files
•Process checks via remote capture to bank
•Print the daily master invoices
•Process/Print: daily cancellations and or reinstatements
•Entering Premium Finance information to policies
•Other misc A/R administrative functions

Qualification Requirements
•Math proficiency
•Excellent attention to detail
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Excellent computer skills
•Experience / Training
•General administrative office skills
•Excel 2003 or 2007
