The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for responding to store calls for override authorization, troubleshooting and analyzing customer accounts as needed, and working with stores to identify and resolve issues related to customer accounts and invoices. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will also be responsible for responding to inbound customer calls. You will assist customers in resolving account issues such as payment posting errors, sales tax issues, and invoice requests. You will also monitor delinquent accounts and initiate outbound collection calls and correspondence.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Customer calls and collections experience
- Customer payment posting, credit approval, account setup, and journal entries
- Applicants must also be computer literate and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize needs
- AS400 experience is preferred
