POSITION TITLE: Accounts Receivable Lead, Aurora, CO

Hourly / Non-Exempt

POSITION PURPOSE:
  • The Accounts Receivable Lead will provide a high level of support and service to the Colorado division. The position will be responsible for all phases of the Accounts Receivable function
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer homeowner phone calls and emails and resolve issues or complaints
  • Review mail for check distribution and post deposits
  • Manage new resident move-in procedures to capture all relevant information for payment as well as process resident refunds
  • Monitor un-bankable items, print and send check correction letters homeowners
  • Create and update compliance account to track recurring fines and violations
  • Prepare closing information packet for escrow processing and take action to resolve any items of concern
  • Provide insurance information when requested
  • Run monthly A/R reports
  • Process monthly billing for Associations
  • Provide the community managers a monthly report with an update on each of our clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization
PREFERENCES:
  • A minimum of 2 years direct experience in accounts receivable
