This exciting Accounts Receivable position with our Global FIT- Central Bill area performs all facets of AR and Accounting problem solving. Duties include resolution of disputes and ensuring all accounting transactions are processed according to department standards and schedules. In this position you will report directly to the Manager of Accounts Receivable.
Essential Job Results
Gather, assemble and analyze data for the GFIT.
Perform problem resolution research. Interpret analysis of facts and pertinent information to form an accurate conclusion. Interfaces with external contacts and internal staff to communicate resolution to account, B/W Salespeople and/or other B/W employees.
Open and follow up with SCAT files as necessary.
Review and proof reports and correspondence forwarded to accounts.
Preparation and monitoring of delinquent accounts and issues.
Monitor security deposit expirations and GL account to ensure prompt refund of applicable GFIT accounts.
Monthly statement distribution. Provide participants with back-up information needed for proper payment and maintenance of their accounts.
Prepare manual spreadsheet for debits, credits and/or corrections to member and vendor accounts.
Complete multifaceted projects that require independent judgment and discretion.
One to two years of College Accounting Courses or equivalent Accounting Experience.
Two to Three years experience in Accts. Receivable.
Three years P/C experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail including strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service, written, verbal and interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external customers.
Ability to analyze, perform independent judgment and resolve disputes.
PeopleSoft experience is a plus.

Pay and Work Schedule
Hiring rate for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. The work hours for this posiiton are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
