We are seeking an addition to our Acquisition Integration team. This position works closely with IDEX executive teams and Business Unit leaders to define integration strategies, participate in due diligence process, and develop integration plans for acquisition targets. Once the acquisition is completed, the individual is responsible for the integration of IDEX Corporation’s acquisitions worldwide, coordinating with functional teams to ensure that short-term and long-term strategic objectives for our acquisitions are achieved. The Acquisition Integration team also provides interim general management or leadership support and manages special projects. The team is developed for future General Management opportunities within IDEX Business Units.

Job Requirements:
  • Develop global integration strategies and plans that support the acquisition rationale and business objectives
  • Participate in acquisition due diligence process to verify key value drivers, identify integration needs and create integration strategy and action plan.
  • Plan, manage, and lead multiple, concurrent integration projects associated with acquiring, divesting and/or integrating companies into IDEX
  • Provide project leadership and direction to large, cross-functional team
  • s Coordinate integration project activities across IDEX functional areas, including all organizational, technical and business process-related aspect
  • s Define, track, and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders
  • Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration projects and facilitate effective hand offs
  • Participate, as and when needed/appropriate, in cross-functional or other project team

s Qualifications: Job Qualifications:

· Undergraduate degree in either finance, management, operations, business or engineering discipline

· Master in Business Administration desired

· 3-5 years manufacturing experience required - to include one or more of the following areas: commercial, corporate development, operations

· 3+ years demonstrated success in large, cross-functional initiatives/projects with strong preference that experience include acquisition integration, product creation/deployment or creation/deployment of operational/commercial change projects

· Demonstrated ability to drive projects and operational improvements from current state to future state changes; serves as change agent

· Proven success interacting with executive level management to determine solutions, resolve issues, and present recommendations at a senior level

· Utilize rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions, reach sound business judgment, execute plan, and engage mid-course corrections as required

· Display a high level of initiative, demonstrate a willingness to experiment, invite; explore the potential in new ideas while understanding the risk to the organization

· Effective data analysis and interpretation skills, able to draw and present quantitative conclusions

· Create, build and maintain relationships that enhance corporate performance, establishing trust and credibility throughout the organization

· International experience preferred; experiencing working in other countries

· Executive acumen

· Process oriented

· Willingness to travel

Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook
