Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) is a certified DoD Contractor providing services and products to US/Allied governments and industry in the following main areas: (1) Cyber Security/Intelligence Programs Support; (2) Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR); (3) Space Operations and Control; (4); Warfighter Support and Logistics; (5) Weapon System Analysis; (6) Acquisition Support; (7); Test and Evaluation; and (8) Audio/Visual Technology Applications. Mission/ Directive:

Quantum is currently seeking experienced candidates to provide Acquisition Support.

***** These postitions are contingent on contract/ task award.

Responsibilities
Assist in the support of planning, organizing, and development of program management techniques.

Coordinate program status review meetings with stakeholders.

Draft correspondence to include action items and inquiries regarding meeting statuses.

Prepares meeting minutes and summaries for stakeholders.

Aides in establishing internal controls to manage acquisition programs and support functions.

Maintain acquisition documentation and recordation to include:

Participate in IPTs or other mechanisms for collecting comments and revisions.

Maintain detailed change records.

Maintain version control and master library of documents including signed approved documents.

Assist PM’s in pre-acquisition market research activities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Financial Management.

4 years of relevant field of expertise
