Analyst position in Denver, Colorado, requiring the knowledge of valuation processes, benefit calculations, and government filings. The employee will assist actuarial consultants in measuring pension liabilities and annual costs, studying the effects of changes in the design of employee benefit plans, and communicating results. The employee will utilize standard and company-developed software to measure liabilities and costs, program changes, process and organize data, analyze numerical results for reasonableness, develop graphical presentations, and communicate with clients.

Data management and processing
Prepare government forms
3 or more years of experience in relevant work preferred (not required)
Successful completion of at least 2 exams
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
BA or BS in Actuarial Science, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or related field
Actively pursuing EA and SOA exams
Strong analytical and communication skills
Efficient worker with good organization skills and attention to detail
Ability and desire to work in a demanding atmosphere
