In this newly created role, the Acuity Staffing Operations Manager, you will be an integral member of the FTI Acuity team responsible for the day-to-day operational support for the Acuity Review sector, a unique business component of Acuity. Acuity is FTI’s all-in one legal review offering that reduces the cost and complexity of electronic discovery by managing everything from processing to productions, including document review; all the while adhering to the budget by utilizing a predictive pricing model. Therefore, because this offering is largely centered around document reviews, your role as an Acuity Staffing Operations Manager to the entire Acuity Review business becomes essential and necessary for Acuity to succeed on a daily basis.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Operational support for all aspects of the Acuity Review business
  • Relationship management with vendors
  • Manage monthly project accruals for document review employees
  • Work with FTI Technology Finance on time entry and budget issues
  • Assist with management of relevant real estate and the set up of new locations
  • Timesheet and Payroll facilitation and management
  • Work with Acuity HR and Staffing Recruitment Manager to manage reviewer employees
  • Help set up Acuity projects in multiple cities, including on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Provide analysis of relevant metrics
  • Assist in scaling the business as needs dictate
  • Generate and manage budget information

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • JD
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Financial Experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in Project Management
  • A doer with proactive skills
  • Proficient with SharePoint, PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work efforts and priorities
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively contribute in a dynamic results-oriented work environment
  • Experience with Timekeeping Systems
