Do you have a keen attention to detail (to a fault??)? Are you well-versed in online advertising and adserving? Are you analytics wiz who navigates Excel with ease? If your answer is yes to all three, we want to hire you!!

Think of Wikia as the encyclopedia of pop culture, as we maintain over 300,000 wikis across an impressive array of subjects, spanning all aspects of lifestyle, gaming, and entertainment. Your mission is to help create an advertising environment with which Agencies want to do repeat business! You will successfully traffic, test, and optimize creatives and promotional units of an ad campaign. This could include anything from standard IAB ads, to sponsorships, or custom ad placements. You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns and working with various ad technologies to make sure they run smoothly. You will complete optimizations and revisions to campaigns quickly and accurately under tight deadlines. You’ll also work with our sales, creative, and technical teams to collect assets, troubleshoot technical issues and implement rich media creative.

You understand online advertising, social media, and user-generated content. You have at least one year of trafficking experience with DFP (Doubleclick for Publishers). Major bonus points for DFP premium! People say that you have an attention to detail that is borderline scary and you can’t turn it off. You care about the success of the company, the team, and yourself. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and cringe when you read bad grammar. Excel is a breeze for you and you have a working knowledge of either HTML or JavaScript. You also have a killer sense of humor, as this is a mandatory requirement from your new manager.

Unlike most startups, our exciting platform is also coupled with a strong work life balance. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the revenue stream of the company, technology, and products, while having fun. For your expertise, we will offer a competitive base pay and full benefits. Our dog-friendly digs are located in San Francisco (between BART and CalTrain) and also come with a stocked pantry and gaming room, where some employees practice yoga at lunch.

We’re a company in its heyday and our team has doubled its sales goal since last year. Sound like something you’d be into? Inquire within and let’s get you started.
