The Ad Operations Coordinator will be a key member of our Client Services team & work closely with our clients, partners, and Sales team. The ideal candidate is able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously & effectively balance/prioritize workload; executes & communicates in an efficient & professional manner. Must be a quick learner of proprietary tools & technologies, while providing outstanding customer service to key strategic partners.
Support all pre- & post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries; manage implementation of all operations requirements (tracking, tagging, publisher/agency correspondence, media plan management, etc)
Support all campaign reporting needs, monitor campaign progress & optimization, effectively communicate w/ clients
Support clients & Sales team; assist with Advertiser preparation & Publisher-side launch responsibilities
Perform diligent & detail-oriented QA on interactive ad units/deliverables; assist in management of creative approval process; communicate & render creative revisions pre- and post-launch
Provide Product team with user feedback & insights, related to new releases of our internal tools & products
Coordinating with Finance team on monthly billing and reconciling
Assisting Data Science team with research and studies
Working with Communications team to assist with internal/house campaigns
Strong written & verbal skills, confident working with clients via email & phone; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly-motivated team player
Previous experience in software, SaaS, and digital advertising space.
Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines
