VISIT FLORIDA, the official tourism marketing corporation for the State of Florida has an opening for an Ad Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time position serving VISIT FLORIDAs newly formed Ad Operations team is located in Tallahassee, FL. The position is responsible for the delivery, optimization and reporting for ad campaigns via a DoubleClick For Publishers (DFP) platform on VISIT FLORIDAs digital channels and includes supporting the Sales team for operational needs. The ideal candidate is web-savvy, an expert problem solver and intense data digger who possesses a four year degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field and at least one year of ad operations, digital sales support or account management experience. You will assist the sales team with full life cycle support, including impression reservation, forecasting, opportunity identification and digital ad serving fulfillment/related reporting. Twelve months experience in ad operations, sales support or account management
Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (DoubleClick DFP strongly preferred)
Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
Fluency in the language of online measurement: uniques, page views, visits, referrers, etc.
Ability to proactively prioritize daily tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas)
Experience taking screenshots, cropping and basic image editing
Familiarity with Google products like Docs, Calendar, AdSense, Analytics
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Incredible attention to detail
