The Ad Operations Specialist provides support and ensures timely and accurate completion of campaign deliverables. They play a central role in Web marketing, campaign execution, quality assurance and results reporting. The Ad Ops Specialist, also helps train and mentor to Jr team members and works to build internal and external relationships with partners in the Media and Ops ecosystem. At the end of the tenure, the Ad Ops Specialist will have a strong understanding of campaign execution and a concrete and extensive understanding of the Moxie marketing process and third party ad servers .
Position Reports To: Ad Ops Manager
Position Supervises: Mentorship
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of solid online traffic/advertising operations experience within DFP/DFA from either the publisher or agency side. Knowledge of additional ad-servers, such as Atlas, Media Mind etc., helpful in consideration. Candidate should be familiar with Flash and HTML code.
Preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

n Leads day to day online media campaign trafficking, ensuring flawless execution across multiple clients.
n QA and train Jr partners on team
n Manages Tag delivery
n Creates and QA’s DFA floodlight tags
n Leads QA and troubleshooting for creative, ad tag, and floodlight tag issues
n Works with Media Planning, Client Service, Outside Agencies, and Analytics teams to develop campaign tracking and floodlight tagging strategy
n Works with client site teams to test and ensure functionality of floodlight tags on client websites
n Manages testing/troubleshooting of partner tracking pixels
n Coordination of AdOps Process training sessions for internal teams
n Continues to strengthen knowledge of industry tools
n Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes with management
n Attends vendor presentations and shares learnings during Ad Ops team meetings
n Self–motivated and take initiative; Strong ability to work autonomously
