YuMe is looking for a Superstar Ad Operations Specialist!

YuMe is looking to hire a smart, data driven, results oriented individual to join its Advertising Operations team. This vital role will interface closely with the Trafficking, Account Management and Technical support teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly on the YuMe Connected Audience Network. Excellent customer service is a requirement for this role as the business is fast moving and clients need things done right the first time. The ideal candidate for this role will have familiarity with ad servers, ad tags, market research methodologies and operational functions (i.e. best practices, checklists and performance metrics).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage cutting-edge, multi-screen video campaigns featured on PCs, Mobile devices and Connected TVs
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues within a timely manner
Conduct ad hoc testing (coordinate A/B tests, QA new product/feature roll outs, evaluate functionality of existing products, and test new multi-screen executions)
Manage troubleshooting efforts and correspondence via email and phone w/ clients (Agency, Advertiser), 3rd parties (Ad Technology Vendors), and internal parties (Sales)
Take ownership of new projects/tasks as needed from the Ad Ops Manager
Work closely with Sales, Ad Ops and tech teams to test and oversee campaign implementations
Drive innovation and efficiencies across all areas of YuMe advertising operations
Assist with urgent ad trafficking requests and high volume overflow from core trafficking team
Provide additional customer service and support for premium client campaigns
Project manage and contribute to the educational documents, best practices and innovative solutions developed by the Ad Ops team
Perform 2nd level QA for high-value and key accounts

Data driven, technical, self-starting and curious
Superb communication skills; written, verbal, and nonverbal
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Great organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Solid technical and business understanding along with hands on experience using ad serving systems
Highly efficient in learning and using ad related software
1+ year relevant experience in Ad Operations
Video and mobile experience a plus
Bachelor's degree required
