We’re looking for an advertising quality specialist to help businesses and Pinners get the most out of Pinterest. You’ll help businesses make sure their Promoted Pins are some of the best Pins we show to Pinners.
Screen Promoted Pins to make sure they follow Pinterest’s advertising rules
Explain our advertising rules to businesses so they create high quality Promoted Pins
Conduct data-driven analysis to identify ad quality issues
Help build scalable tools and processes for screening ads
Find and help fix bugs in our ad screening process
Work closely with other teams, like product and design, on business-related launches
Critical thinking: You can identify and address ambiguous situations for the ad quality team to resolve

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Some experience with database/statistical programming (SQL, Hive, R, SAS, Stata, SPSS, etc.)
1-2 years ad quality/ad policy experience
This is a full time position in our San Francisco headquarters. You'll report to the ad quality manager on the partner operations team.
