JOB DESCRIPTION

This position carries the title of Traffic Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is highly customer service oriented and who wants to play a part in day-to-day creative implementation, campaign scheduling, ad tag creation, and optimization of customer display campaigns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to traffic and implement campaigns on websites owned by our client as well as across a vast community of networks while monitoring their performance and providing continued optimization of campaigns. This position works in multiple platforms including Open Ad Stream and Appnexus.

We are seeking people who are passionate about digital media and technology and who constantly seek out new learning and sharing opportunities in all aspects of media, technology, and marketing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Day-to-day ad placement, scheduling and updates for customers; including rich media ad placements
Monitor metrics and performance of display campaigns and identify potential areas of improvement
Prepare and edit HTML code used to deliver ad creative
Work with ADI Ad Operations to create a system within which work overflow and backup can be handled
Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues and advise management, media team partners, and sales team.
Present sales team and/or client services with updates/reporting, and ensure they are kept appraised of all performance developments which impact their campaigns.
Implement and share best practices across teams.
Work with internal departments, inter-company resources, and third party vendors to carry out optimization ensuring campaign objectives are met.
Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Implement and share best practices across teams.
Document tasks and share in the maintenance of existing operational process documents ensuring that they are up-to-date.
Other duties as determined by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILTIES

  • Bachelors degree, with at least 2 years of related experience

Doubleclick DART
Dart Sales Manager
AdSoftware
Salesforce
Ad-Juster
Media Trust
Appnexus
ad networks, Google Ad Exchange
Audience data solutions such as BFP, Lotame and Quantcast)
Knowledge of 3 rd party advertising tags
Rich media ad serving platforms such as Eyewonder, MediaMind, Unicast and Pointroll
Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong analytical skills, extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Process-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with site managers, technical developers, sales people, and upper management as well as account executives and clients/agencies to address client and sales needs in an expedient and courteous manner
  • A desire to stay busy managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail
COMPENSATION

This position carries a base salary of between $40,000 and $45,000 + a bonus opportunity fo $13,000. Other benefits will be described during the search process.
