Responsibilites include teaching day and night classes in both the Dietary Management Program and the Dietetic Technician Program. It also includes the acquisition and overseeing of the Directed Practices for the Dietetic Technician program and the Field Experiences for the Dietary Management Program.
Full-Time / Part-Time:
As needed. Day and evening
Minimum of a B.S. in Dietetics.
Must be registered and licensed dietitian in Ohio with at least 5 years of work experience in Nutrition. Must have experience in all areas of nutrition, inclusive of: clinical, acute, community, and foodservice. Competence with MDS 3.0, EMR , Nutrition Care Plans and CDM requirements is required. Knowledge of nursing homes is preferred. Must be able to serve as a Proctor and Instructor in ServSafe. Must be willing to travel to establish and monitor clinical site rotations.
