To all recruitment agencies: Bayer does not accept unsolicited third party resumes. The primary responsibility of this role, as Senior Administrative Assistant, is to provide support to the Global Medical Affairs Specialty Medicine Team

The incumbent will:
  • Schedule internal & external medium to large meetings;
  • Heavy management of contracts (consultants and vendors), working together with legal and procurement departments and with compliance functions in the countries;
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements, congress registrations;
  • Support Global Medical Affairs team with all administrative needs such as heavy domestic and international travel arrangements, Concur expense reports, meeting scheduling, organizing AdBoards, symposiums and meetings and contract maintenance;
  • Assume responsibility for contract processes for all KOLs (International/Domestic HCPs) and vendors which includes completing Agreement Request forms, obtaining compliance approvals and working with Legal to generate contracts. Responsible for obtaining all necessary signatures and approvals from internal Bayer departments, as well as external client/vendor signatures;
  • Track and complete all aspects of meeting planning for Bayer sponsored meeting;
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements, congress registrations;
  • Process expense reports;
  • Manage purchase orders;
  • Process invoices / payments and IPDs as well as obtaining banking and tax information.
The selected candidate is required to possess the following:
  • Previously demonstrated experience in Interaction, Job Complexity; coordination, and Other Skills required;
  • High school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience or Associate†s
Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent;
  • Proficient to expert in 3 or more business software programs (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, etc).

  • Salary and grade level will be commensurate with experience and/or education level
  • This position is employee referral eligible.
