Compass Systems, Inc. is looking for a Administrative Senior Analyst wh o i s r esponsible for greeting and directing visitors to appropriate department. Ensures visitor meets security requirement by maintaining proper check in procedures and issuing of visitor badge and logbook. Maintains PMA personnel department directories. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort (Operations and Executive Assistant) by accomplishing related results as needed. Schedule and perform administrative task, format, revise and print out final copies of complex documents for IPTs. Assists office personnel with coordination of travel arrangements and inputting into the Defense Travel System data base (DTS). Assists in maintaining office files. Provides administration support for an office of approximately 70 employees. Performs other administrative or office duties as required or as assigned. Maintains/updates PMA Welcome aboard book. Works closely with Operations and the Executive Assistant in facilitating new employee orientation. Assists in the coordination management of special events, functions and meetings. Assists in maintaining and organizes PMAs Database management (NSERC). Drafts country clearance messages and inputs into required database. Oversees the scheduling of four conference rooms for PMAs. Inputs incoming visitors into the Department of Defense security system (BASICS II) and JPAS for verification. Schedules, processes, and tracks travel orders/vouchers through the Defense Travel System (DTS). Maintains and de-conflicts scheduling of PMA calendars.
Two (2) years of experience performing the above functions.
Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Oral and written skills commensurate with role.
