Role Purpose
The Administrative Assistant, Business & Legal Affairs, is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to two attorneys and a paralegal. In addition, you will assist in department-wide matters as appropriate.

  • Handle busy phone volume
  • Arrange and schedule meetings for legal executives, including keeping calendars and making travel arrangements
  • Organize and maintain files for ongoing legal transactions and projects
  • Draft, type and proofread department-wide status reports, letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets and other documents
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks; assist other members of the department; provide backup for co-workers
  • Maintain accurate and timely expense account records
  • Perform department business while maintaining strict confidentiality

    Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an administrative assistant , executive assistant or comparable position in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple people
  • Proficient working with computers, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
