The Administrative Assistant, Business & Legal Affairs, is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to two attorneys and a paralegal. In addition, you will assist in department-wide matters as appropriate.
Handle busy phone volume
Arrange and schedule meetings for legal executives, including keeping calendars and making travel arrangements
Organize and maintain files for ongoing legal transactions and projects
Draft, type and proofread department-wide status reports, letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets and other documents
Handle general office and administrative tasks; assist other members of the department; provide backup for co-workers
Maintain accurate and timely expense account records
Perform department business while maintaining strict confidentiality
Minimum 2 years experience as an administrative assistant , executive assistant or comparable position in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple people
Proficient working with computers, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
