We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Cheshire Finance Department, reporting to the CFO. This position will support our Finance Department with the following general administrative responsibilities:

Providing back-up for surety bond processing

Generating correspondence and compliance forms (original and from templates),

PowerPoint presentation creation

Sorting/distribution of mail, file management, faxing, copying, typing, travel arrangements

Arranging/planning conference calls and meetings, including preparation of agendas, three ring binders, and taking meeting notes

Maintaining department and manager calendars, including scheduling appointments

Reconciling Purchasing cards for departmental cardholders

Invoicing and expense reports

Data entry

Other support responsibilities as required

Carry out job duties while maintaining LANE values

Required Skills

High school diploma; college degree preferred

3-5 years successful administrative support experience

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Strong communication skills

Professional image, proactive team player with a positive attitude, capable of handling highly confidential information

Creative, organized, strong attention to detail and excellence

Ability to prioritize in an ever-changing, continuous learning, environment
