DESCRIPTION

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc (RFMH) is currently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant for the First Episode Psychosis (FEP) initiative. This initiative provides specialized early intervention treatment teams for individuals experiencing a newly emerging psychotic disorder. This initiative is under the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI) in the Division of Mental Health Services and Policy Research. The incumbent will report to and work closely with the Director and Project Manager of the FEP Initiative.

DUTIES

Duties include, but are not limited to:
1)Planning (scheduling, obtaining meeting/conference spaces, arranging for food, managing invoices)
2)Making arrangements for expert consultant in-person and teleconference meetings
3)Ordering supplies and processing bills
4)Taking minutes at meetings
5)Formatting papers and preparing spreadsheets
6)Arranging for printing and reproduction of brochures and other training and informational materials
7)Provide administrative support to Center staff, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able manage multiple tasks at a time and prioritize work appropriately.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Solid organizational and communication skills
