Provide overall administrative support to relieve the senior sales management of complex details and administrative duties. Compile and analyze data and prepare reports and presentations on strategic sales initiatives and corporate projects. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Communicate with company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. This is a temporary position with the potential for temp to hire.
Assist with Sales planning initiatives and other specific and ongoing projects as required.
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendar. Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities.
Screen, manage, and route incoming mail. Attach appropriate file(s) to correspondence to assist in preparing responses.
Compose and type routine correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Answer and screen telephone calls. Arrange conference calls.
Conduct research and data collection and compile reports and presentations as required.
Greet scheduled visitors and escort to appropriate area or person.
Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Order and maintain supplies.
Organize and maintain file system. File correspondence and other records.
Record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
Maintain organizational charts.
Attention to detail is required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six (6) or more years related experience and/or training with recent experience supporting an executive in a position requiring independence, discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Experience coordinating calendars and events across multiple time zones is strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Project Coordination or Management
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
Basic general computer, text & chat skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and navigating the Internet. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must possess good interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
