Job Description:
Administrative Assistant / Data Entry

Immediate opening for an administrative assistant for a six employee department. Candidate must have knowledge and practice with Word and Excel and be able to quickly learn new software for data and inventory input. Good writing skills are a plus. Location within united states. Mon. - Fri. 8-5, 40 hours PT 15-25 hours / week with initial hire through agency. this position also offers Benefits : Health, Dental, Life and AD&D Insurance, Employee Wellness and 401k plans.Paid Time Off and Holidays with Generous Company Discounts.

Ability To:
  • Operate a computer using word processing, spreadsheet and business software.
  • Operate other standard office equipment.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Work under pressure of deadlines to complete projects and tasks on time.
Specific responsibilities:
Writing memos
Receiving and placing phone calls
Tracking all messages in conjunction with phone calls
Contacting customers and prospective customers.
Developing contact lists
Preparing and typing memos
Preparing and distributing press releases.
