Provides administrative support for the Adult Basic Literacy Education (ABLE) and ESL program. This includes office management, communication with students/community and general support to staff.

High School Diploma/post-secondary courses or degree in related field preferred.
- Work Experience Requirements:
Applicant must have strong computer skills, (Microsoft office), at least 2 years of office/clerical or related experience.
- Essential Elements:
Administrative support includes but not limited to: preparing documents and reports; maintaining student and staff files; ordering supplies; preparing payroll, answering phone, maintaining website and providing general support to staff and students. In addition, the applicant must participate in grant funded mandated professional development activities and must be able to accommodate the needs of multiple constituencies.
An Office Skills test may be required.
