We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant (HR Executive) in our Lincolnshire, IL office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Maintain calendars (scheduling meetings, point person for most calendaring functions with others, etc.)
·
Assist with managing to-do list
·
Monitor/maintain e-mail for senior managers/consultants
·
Involved in ad hoc projects
·
Compose correspondence from rough notes or independent knowledge of circumstances
·
Update presentations and prepare documents
·
Handle confidential information
·
Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations and others documents
·
      Miscellaneous Administrative duties including: mail, filing, faxing, copying, making travel arrangements, phones, scheduling meetings, expense report processing and other miscellaneous tasks
      Qualifications
      MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

      Education:
      ·
      High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred
      ·
      5+ years of administrative assistant experience

      Technical Skills Requirements:

      Minimum typing speed of 55+ WPM
      ·
      Advanced skills in MS office [Word, Excel (formulas), PowerPoint (creating presentation)]
      ·
      Excellent writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
