Nytec is looking for an energetic, friendly, reliable, outgoing, and detailed employee to complete our team.
-The qualified candidate will be in charge of the front desk, greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, employees and clients.
-The Administrative Assistant will perform tasks for/with Business Coordinator, related to sales and recruiting.
-The Administrative Assistant will perform tasks for/with Operations Admin, related to payroll and invoicing.
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills
-Work with self-confidence, composure and professionalism, but not hesitate to ask for help when they need it
-Shine in organizational, planning, time management and anticipatory skills; demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
-Take on challenges and see the big picture as well as the details; consistently show a suitable attention to detail
-Work independently as well as on a team; work effectively under timing constraints across a wide variety of projects
-Effectively work somewhat complex issues with moderate direction; be resourceful and able to work with ambiguity
-Prioritize among multiple projects from related functions/team and change direction in response to changed needs
-Maintain confidentiality regarding all matters and have a high level of integrity
-Strong communication skills are a must, along with a professional demeanor and a desire to remove barriers to ensure success are a must.
-The ability to work collaboratively with administrative teammates in the organization is highly important and being able to be highly resourceful is a must.
-Be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
-Able to plan events, build financial reports and make purchases.
-Answer phones, route calls and return calls.
-Front desk support.
-Run errands, buy office supplies, pick up lunch and coffee, check mail, post office trips so you must have transportation.
-Must be flexible, physically able to walk and move around constantly, lift boxes etc..
-General office support including stock kitchen as needed.
-General administrative support.
-Respond promptly to administrative requests.
-Organization, filing and data entry.
-Sort and distribute mail as needed.
-Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Stress tolerance & patience in interpersonal communication.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Maintain confidentiality at all times.
-The ideal candidate will have 3+ years prior experience working in a business administration role, be self-directed, can handle ambiguity, take initiative, and juggle multiple tasks/requests.
-You must be highly detail-oriented, have strong multi-tasking skills, and practice consistent and timely follow-through.
-You must have high integrity and be able to handle confidential information appropriately.
Education: A minimum AA or better
