The three school collaboration , Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, Wellesley College and Babson College is currently seeking a part time (20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to support the Director of the Three-College Collaboration.

Manage the director's calendar and arrange meetings,
Handle routine budget items including:
Track ongoing expenses to inform future budgets,
Produce invoices for Innovation Fund
Track invoices for Innovation Fund
Track Innovation Fund grants
Reconcile Innovation Fund grants
- Setup debriefs and learning lunches for grantees
- Track faculty and staff joint positions and financial and benefit implications
- Produce official minutes of all meetings as requested
-Update BOW wiki as requested by various planning groups
- Plan logistics of events in conjunction with the event leads;
Examples include faculty and staff socials or meet/greets
- Ensure publicity for events in conjunction with the Communication staff
- Perform routine updates to website
- Answer or re-direct email and phone inquiries
- The person should be knowledgeable in office tools, policies, and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Skills and Abilities:

? Possess sound judgment and high standards in terms of professionalism and quality of work product.
? Ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and work well under deadlines.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, including advanced verbal and written communication skills, ability to earn the trust and confidence of all constituencies.
? Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects.
? Knowledge of office management principles and procedures, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.


? High school diploma; two years of college preferred. Three ? five years relevant experience in the administration of higher education or the equivalent.
