As a member of this team, you would contribute by: Preparing and processing various types of correspondence, forms, faxes, and reports of a routine nature Making copies, e.g. time sheets, expense reports, vacation schedules, etc. Preparing and typing office correspondence from routine source materials Proofreading typing for accuracy, including editing for punctuation, grammar and spelling Answering, screening, and clearing incoming telephone calls and directing calls to the proper area for response Acknowledging routine correspondence and responding to written inquiries Organizing and maintains records, files and correspondence Preparing and schedules office activities such as travel arrangements, internal business meetings and appointments Compiling data of a routine nature Receiving, opening and determining routing of mail and office correspondence.
A successful candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year clerical office experience or equivalent business training. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance if running errands. Basic personal computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Accurate and efficient typing skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality. Document control experience required.
