EDUCATION: High School Graduate

-Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary.
-Prior experience as a secretary in either a law firm or general counsel department supporting three or more professionals preferred.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent phone skills required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels including senior management.
-Self motivated with a proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Exceptional organization and time management skills as well as demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines.
-Experience must demonstrate a high level of initiative and an ability to plan and organize complex requests.
-Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.
-Prior experience in human resources and/or employee relations preferred
-Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus

This position will provide administrative support to professionals in the General Counsel Department.
-Coordinate and schedule all meetings, presentations, and conferences.
-Schedule and maintain calendar, including all appointments and associated follow up items.
-Manage travel arrangements including the processing of travel related expense reports.
-Maintain physical, electronic filing and suspense systems.
-Process and review expenses.
-Run reports and perform basic analysis as required.
-Other miscellaneous projects and items as needed
