Responsible for recordkeeping and administrative support within the Facilities department of the campus. Maintains room and equipment keys including imprinting, tracking, and distribution. Monitors property/assets by utilizing bar-coding equipment and software. Conducts annual inventory of campus property. Prepares payroll, processes electronic purchase orders, and assists with budget activities. Records, tracks, and distributes work orders in a timely manner.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year related experience required.
A typing test with a minimum score of 35wpm must be taken by the close date of this position. Typing test administered by the office of Human Resources.
Detail oriented, effective customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills and multitasking capabilities are all required.
