Responsible for providing administrative support within the Business and Computer Science Department. Prepares payroll, processes electronic purchase orders, and assists with budget activities. Maintains records of program information and responds to program inquiries accurately. Loads course information, generates reports, and prepares correspondence.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year related experience required.
Detail oriented, effective customer service skills, strong time management skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and multitasking capabilities are all required.
A typing test with a minimum score of 35wpm must be taken by September 13, 2013. Typing test administered by the Office of Human Resources.
