Job Summary:
Provides a broad range of administrative support for Revenue Cycle Services. Frequently exercises judgment and discretion and, within agreed upon limitations, makes administrative decisions and takes action based on knowledge of the organization, its policies, procedures and personnel.

Essential Functions:
Performs administrative tasks including handling telephone calls, coordinating conference calls, maintaining filing system, distributing mail, maintaining shared drive, scheduling appointments and ordering department supplies.

Coordinates travel arrangements for department members when directed.

Processes requisitions, as well as departmental invoices for payment. Handles tracking of projects and budgets.

Utilizes various software applications to create correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.

Coordinates meetings and events. Prepares materials, including agendas. Attends meetings and participates on committees, as required. Records and summarizes meeting minutes and distributes to appropriate parties.

Manages the logistics of off-site hosted events including hotel negotiation and contract resolution, document preparation, speaker coordination, and participant communication.

Assists with special projects or research as requested.

Ability to operate standard office equipment (copier, fax, personal computer & printer)

Minimum Position Qualifications:

: High School Education


: 1-2 years experience in administration/support capacity

Environmental Conditions


Work is performed in an office environment where there could be exposure to disease and/or infection, blood, body fluids for a limited amount of time.

Staff is required to follow Ministry infection control policy and procedure.

Work involves pressure to complete duties with efficiency and accuracy while managing interruptions in the course of the work process.
